At Casa, Remy and his team welcomes diners as they would family members and friends – with all the warm hospitality that entails. Remy intends the restaurant to be a second home to both his team members and his guests, hoping their own personal stories would add to its living presence.

Shaped by his early experiences, Remy celebrates the seasons through produce; and as he did in Spain, highlights seafood over meat, serving only one land animal a day on rotation basis. Having lived in places with pristine natural environments, Remy resolves to preserve these conditions and their eco-systems for future generations. At Casa he focuses on the line-caught, the responsibly sourced, the organic and wild-foraged, the traditionally farmed and the bio-dynamic.
